2. Our Products
We design, build and sell handmade furniture and related home items to customers within the United Kingdom.
Every product description, price, and image is provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, size, and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Ordering
Orders can be placed online through our website.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided when placing an order (including name, address, and contact details) is accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order becomes binding when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order using our approved payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or other secure providers).
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only; however, we aim to deliver within the timeframe stated at the point of order.
Delivery may require your signature or the presence of an adult.
Once the product has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for it passes to you.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or bad weather), we will contact you to keep you informed.
6. Handmade and Custom Furniture
Many of our products are handmade, and slight variations may occur — these are part of the product’s character.
For custom-made or personalised orders, please note that such items are non-refundable, except where faulty or mis described, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will confirm all design and specification details with you before starting production of any custom order.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most standard (non-custom) orders within 14 days after receiving your goods.
To cancel your order:

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to purchase them.

The right to cancel does not apply to:
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Goods made to your specific measurements or design
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Returns Procedure

You are responsible for packaging the item securely and using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use it to transmit harmful or offensive material or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Hearth and Home Furniture UK and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
11. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
